This New York City residence was adorned with beautiful Mexican tile that had previously been coated with polyurethane. The coating had worn away over the years, and was trapping dirt and flaking. The tile throughout the home needed to be restored, but especially the high traffic areas from the front door through to the kitchen.
This entire floor had to be stripped of the old polyurethane coating, with special attention paid to the grout lines. Our technicians then applied an enhancing sealer to bring out the tile's colors and give the floor a consistent look.
